The Alexander Haindorf House in the new Technology Park on Südring is the perfect address for your studies at the University of Paderborn: you can reach the campus in five minutes by bike, and it's a quarter of an hour's walk. Two bus stops are right outside the front door. The bus takes you to the university in a few minutes or to the main train station in 20 minutes. It takes about the same time to get to the vibrant old town with plenty of shops, restaurants, cafés, cultural institutions and the extensive green spaces of the Pader springs. It only takes ten minutes by bike! You can also shop right next door in the Südring Center. The surrounding area offers ample opportunities for outdoor activities in the countryside. Golfers get their money's worth at the university's club, the Haxter Park. The former rubble dump "Monte Scherbelino", now a popular recreation area with excellent views of the Egge mountains, is a 10-minute walk away.

Who is allowed to live at SMARTments?

You are welcome to stay with us as a student, trainee, intern, doctoral student, school student, etc. The rental requirements vary for each property and must be checked on a case-by-case basis. Corresponding proof must be provided.As a rule, we are renting to school students, trainees, students, interns and doctoral students.

I am a minor. Can I still book an apartment?

Yes, you too are welcome to live at SMARTments. However, the rental agreement must be concluded by a parent or legal guardian.

Are shower curtains already installed in the bathroom?

No, shower curtains are not part of the basic equipment in Paderborn. Please bring your own shower curtains.
