“Perfect location”!This applies all the more to our Franz Oppenheimer Haus in the Gallus district near the Frankfurt Trade Fair grounds! Right next door is the Skyline Plaza, a paradise for the shopping enthusiast, which also offers a wide range of gastronomic options and, of course, all the essentials for daily needs. It takes less than 10 minutes by bike to get to Goethe University, and you'll be just as quick to reach the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts (HfMDK). The University of Applied Sciences can be approached in 15 minutes, and that's how long it takes to cycle to the ‘Römer’ (City hall) in the old town. On foot you are in equal time at the main railway station (by bike it is 5 minutes). The same applies to Europa Park, your nearest spot to chill out in the green. You like nature to be more spacious? The Neue Rebstock Park with its pretty lake is not far away. A visit is worthwhile in the winter as well, as the popular Rebstockbad is not only a first-class largest outdoor aqua fun pool, but also has several indoor pools to offer.

What do I need to bring along when I move in?

The apartment is completely furnished. Therefore you should only bring crockery, cutlery, plates, cups, pots, bed linen, pillows, blankets and towels as well as your personal “feel-good” items.

Is there a minimum rental period?

In Germany the minimum rental period is 6 months, in Austria 12 months. We regret that we cannot offer rental contracts with a term of less than 6 months.

What common areas are there?

This varies depending on the location of the property. We offer e.g. (roof) terraces, study rooms, lounge areas, communal kitchens, washing and drying rooms, etc.
