Corona crisis: Everything you need to know as a SMARTi or a prospective tenant can be found here.

All-inclusive Rental

Everything’s included in the rent! The rental covers all operating costs (e.g. electricity, water and heating) as well as high-speed Internet (fibre optic connection) - and the rent will not at all be increased in the first three years!

SMART Furniture

Everything is included - also in our apartments! I. e. shower room, kitchenette with microwave, ceramic hob and refrigerator - and, of course, bed, desk and plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Community

Whether it's a sports, cooking or studying group, workshop or team event - with us you can quickly get to know your SMARTment neighbours, the other SMARTies. In addition, a team of tutors is committed to your community and has open ears for your questions and concerns.

Your SMARTments student

are cleverly furnished apartments, tailor-made for the needs of young trainees and students. SMARTments student are located close to the university and have good public transport connections. Everything is designed to be as uncomplicated and as comfortable for residents as can be. The apartments are rented including all additional costs. However, absolutely priceless is the unique fellowship spirit in our SMARTments!
