We offer intelligently furnished apartments, customised for the needs of young students and trainees in trendy Vienna. Our Martin Buber Haus is located in Fritz Hahn Gasse near the universities with good access to public transport. Everything is designed to be as uncomplicated and as resident-friendly as can be. The apartments are let including all additional costs. Absolutely priceless, however, is the welcoming community spirit that characterizes all of SMARTments students!
Our second house is in the 19th district (Vienna Heiligenstadt) - not far from the Medical University, the University of Veterinary Medicine, the Lauder Business School and other universities.

In our Martin Buber Haus in Fritz Hahn Gasse in Vienna's Favoriten district, you live in the heart of a brand-new neighbourhood where appealing modern architecture meets greenery. In recent years, the Sonnwend quarter has been built on a former railway site. Construction work should be completed by 2025. The green centre of it all is the extensive Helmut Zilk Park. To relax, exercise or have an outdoor learning session, you only have to walk there for two minutes. Several supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and bars are also within walking distance. From the new Vienna Central Station, which is only a 10-minute walk away, you have an excellent connection to the city’s public transport network. But you are also well on your way by bike: You cycle just 10 minutes to the campus of the University of Applied Sciences (FH), 15 minutes to the Technical University of Vienna and 20 minutes to the campus of Vienna University. The Ring and Vienna's Old Town with the famous St. Stephen's Cathedral are 15-20 minutes away, as is the Museums Quarter. Green variety is offered by the spacious Löwygrube Park (< 10 minutes by bike) and the spacious Belvedere Palace Garden next to the Botanical Garden of the University (5 minutes by bike), where an outdoor swimming pool also promises refreshment on hot days.

A valid copy of your identity card/passport/VISA, enrolment certificate/training certificate/school certificate/internship contract. In individual cases, you must provide us with a current registration certificate (Meldebescheinigung) not older than 14 days.
This varies depending on the location of the property. We offer e.g. (roof) terraces, study rooms, lounge areas, communal kitchens, washing and drying rooms, etc.
In a nutshell: An offer from ‘SMARTis for SMARTis’ that we support! How about, for example, a sports group that meets for kicking, table tennis, jogging or Pilates? Or for a regular event in the community room where you cook, play, discuss homework, rehearse for presentations, talk about anything and everything or watch movies together?
