The Alphons Silbermann Haus at Höninger Weg in the Cologne-Zollstock district is the ideal starting point for your time as a student on the river Rhine. The University of Media, Communication and Economics (HMKW) is located in the immediate neighbourhood, and you can cycle to the university in less than 10 minutes. The University clinic, the Technical University of Cologne and the Rheinische Fachhochschule (University of Applied Sciences) are only two minutes away. Just as close is the popular Südstadt with its charming restaurants and attractive bars away from the crowds of tourists. Do you enjoy nature? On foot you are in two minutes in the extensive Vorgebirgspark (promontory park), your nearest recreational space for chilling, barbecuing or sunbathing. How long does my rental contract run?

For this you check best in your Tenancy Agreement.On page 1 point 5 you will find the start of the rental period. Under § 1, paragraph 4 you can find further information about your contract period.If you would like to stay longer, please contact SMARTments in good time before your rental period expires.

Are there basements or storage rooms?

In some properties this is offered. Ask your Operations Manager if your location has any such options.

I am a minor. Can I still book an apartment?

Yes, you too are welcome to live at SMARTments. However, the rental agreement must be concluded by a parent or legal guardian.
