SMARTments student properties: these are cleverly furnished apartments tailored to the needs of young trainees and students. Not far from our Ebba Simon Haus are the universities; public transport is near by. Everything is designed to be as uncomplicated and friendly to residents as it possibly can be. The Ebba Simon Haus in Borgfelder Allee at the Berliner Tor offers short distances: several vocational schools are nearby, the campus of the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences is only five minutes away, HafenCity University or Kühne Logistics University a maximum of 15 minutes, and even the Grindel quarter, where Hamburg University has its main campus, can be reached in less than 20 minutes. But also the most pleasant sides of the Hanseatic city are not far away: in 10 minutes you can be at the Alster meadows by bike, where you can end the day in a most pleasant way - or you can enjoy the summer directly at the house, on the surrounding green areas and in small parks. If Hamburg's nightlife lures you, the underground and S-Bahn will take you in 20 minutes to St. Pauli to the Reeperbahn or to the trendy districts around the Sternschanze quarter - and on weekends, from there around the clock back home!

What can I inspect in the Property in advance?

Generally, visits are difficult for us to arrange as all apartments are let and we need the consent of the tenant in each case.So we cannot promise to show an apartment. However, you can always obtain a general overview of our property.Please contact the appropriate in-house technician directly for an inspection of the facility.

What do I have to do after I have received my rental agreement?

You sign the rental Agreement documents and return them to SMARTments in Erlangen within the set deadline.
