The Franz Rosenzweig Haus is located in Wirth Strasse in the green Landwasser district. The surrounding meadows and forests offer perfect conditions for outdoor sports training sessions. Moosweiher pond is a great place to chill out; the nearest supermarket is also just a short walk away. In Freiburg im Breisgau, the means of transport of choice is the bicycle, with which you can quickly reach all corners of this friendly city: you cycle less than ten minutes to the Technical Faculty, the University Hospital, the spacious Seepark at lake Flückigersee or the Forest/Botanical Garden. In a quarter of an hour you are at the Albert Ludwigs University, at the main station or in the picturesque old town, featuring plenty of shops, cafés and pubs around the New Town Hall and Freiburg Cathedral. Here you can also find the university library. The Freiburg Rieselfeld, a spacious landscape park, can also be reached in 15 minutes.

When can I move in?

In order to move into your apartment, the following requirements must be met:

a.) The Tenancy Agreement must be signed (complete with Cancellation Policy and SEPA debit mandate).

b.) The first rent plus the deposit must be credited to the SMARTments accounts no later than 14 days before the start of the rental period.Once the money has been paid, you can make an appointment with the in-house technician to receive the keys.

How long does my rental contract run?

For this you check best in your Tenancy Agreement.On page 1 point 5 you will find the start of the rental period. Under § 1, paragraph 4 you can find further information about your contract period.If you would like to stay longer, please contact SMARTments in good time before your rental period expires.

What do I have to do after I have received my rental agreement?

You sign the rental Agreement documents and return them to SMARTments in Erlangen within the set deadline.
